Stage 1

Stage 2

Phone Screen

A 10-15 minute phone call with a member of the Talent team, to understand your skills and experience and answer any questions you may have.

Your application will then be presented to the hiring manager for review 
Stage 3

Review

Stage 4

Technical Assessment

You will be asked to spend a short time completing a basic assessment, sending your finished product back via GitHub link.

This will be reviewed by the hiring team, and if invited to interview, you will be asked to perform some live edits as part of a pair programming style exercise in interview.
Stage 5

Technical Interview

This interview will be 90 minutes, and will be a mix of technically focused but competency based questions, along with a live coding exercise. 

You will meet with the Director, Software Engineering
