This will be a 10-15 minute phone call, where a member of the Talent team will learn more about your skills and experience, but also answer any questions you may have about the role or the business.

Hiring Manager Review

Technical Interview

This interview will be in person at our Cape Town office;

This interview will be with the hiring manager - Shermer Pretorius - ITSM Manager, to learn about your technical skills within an Incident and Change Management environment. 

Stage 5

DNA Interview

This will be a non-technical, values based interview with one of our Bar Raisers, via Teams. 

The interviewer will be looking for examples of times you have demonstrated the Dye & Durham DNA - our values.
Stage 6

Hired
