Call with Talent team

This will be a 10-15 minute phone call, where a member of the Talent team will learn more about your skills and experience, but also answer any questions you may have about the role or the business.

Technical Interview

This interview will be held with the hiring manager, and will be an opportunity for them to learn about your technical skills and experience, but also for you to learn about the role and the business.

DNA Interview

This will be a non-technical, values based interview with one of our Bar Raisers, via Teams. 

The interviewer will be looking for examples of times you have demonstrated the Dye & Durham DNA - our values.
